ReplyDeleteDownload the Application form, fill it, scan it, send it to the above mentioned email along with scan copy of other documents. Then send money to the bkash no. Send a sms mentioning your name, bkash transaction no. Done.

ReplyDeleteBring all photocopies of all documents, two passport sized photo, National Id. Form is available at the department, you will be able to fill it there giving application processing fees. In between 9.30 AM to 2 PM (Sat-Thu).
